Most homes are done in one day, every floor carries a 15-year warranty, and we offer a veterans discount.
Port Royal is the little town at the end of Ribaut Road, with shrimp boats at the dock, a boardwalk over Battery Creek, and Parris Island just across the water. Its streets are walkable, its porches are deep, and a lot of its residents have worn a uniform.
Between the salt marsh on three sides and the old cottages in the Old Village, Port Royal concrete has a hard time. We’ll come out, look at your slab, and give you an honest, all-in price. And if you served, ask about our veterans discount. Veterans deserve strong floors that last.

What Port Royal Does to Concrete
Water on three sides is great for views, and tough on bare concrete.
Salt Marsh Air
Salt and moisture settle on everything and slowly work into bare concrete.
Tidal Flooding
Low spots see water during king tides and storms. Sealed floors clean up fast.
Older Slabs
Old Village concrete often has cracks, patches, and layers of paint that need to come off.

A Little Port Royal History
Port Royal Sound is one of the oldest named places in North America. In 1562, French Huguenots under Jean Ribault built Charlesfort nearby, and a few years later the Spanish founded Santa Elena on what’s now Parris Island. Ribaut Road still carries his name.
Since 1915, Parris Island has been where Marines east of the Mississippi go to earn the title. Port Royal grew up next door, as a shipping and shrimping town, and it still has that working waterfront feel today.

Port Royal Floor Coating FAQs
What Port Royal homeowners ask us most. Call or text 843-288-9417.
Do you offer a military or veterans discount?
Yes. We offer a veterans discount. Just mention it when you call or text.
Can you coat an older porch in the Old Village?
Yes, after we grind off the old paint and repair the slab. A coating over loose paint fails with it.
Will a coated garage help after tidal flooding?
It won't stop the water, but a sealed floor cleans up with a hose and squeegee instead of soaking it in.
Do historic rules affect a floor coating?
Interior floors usually aren't an issue. For porches visible from the street, check with the town first. We can provide photos and product details.
How long does a Port Royal garage take?
Most residential garages are done in one day. Walk on it in about 5 hours and drive on it in about 48 hours.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every floor carries a 15-year warranty on Floor Shield coatings made in the USA.
